Junior Megan Devlin has been named editor in chief of The Ithacan for the 2013–14 academic
year. She was appointed to the position by the Ithaca College Board of Student Publications at its annual meeting on April 8.
A Park Scholar in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, Devlin is a Communication Management and Design major with minors in journalism and sociology.

Devlin served as assistant Accent section editor at The Ithacan in spring 2011 and opinion editor in the fall of that year. She has worked as an editorial intern
at both The American Prospect and the Institute for Policy Studies in
Washington, D.C., and as a community rights intern at Global Exchange in San
Francisco. She spent the spring 2012 semester studying in Morocco.
This summer she will be a fellow in the New Sector Alliance
San Francisco program, working with an NGO as a communications consultant to
improve its social impact.
